CITY HALL KAISERSLAUTERN

In the center of Kaiserslautern on the 21st floor of the city hall, the Kaiserslautern Artur Stark has created a lounge with a café and a bar in a special design with the „21“. There are two roof terraces on the high-rise building, one with an almost panoramic view directly at the restaurant, the other one floor higher, towards the west, from which fantastic sunsets over the city can be photographed. Towards the east – ideal for long exposures in the evening, as there are two busy streets, which create a very strong surreal effect, e.g. at 30 sec. exposure time.
