VILLA DENIS & DIEMERSTEIN CASTLE

The engineer Paul Camille Denis had the Villa Denis, which at that time comprised only the eastern part of the present building, built below the ruins of Diemerstein Castle as early as 1845. The Villa Denis belongs to the village of Diemerstein, which is a district of Frankenstein and is located just one kilometer from the Frankenstein train station. Just before sunset, the villa built in 1849, together with Diemerstein Castle, which towers above it in the rock, offers an impressive backdrop. Suitable for panoramic, but also architectural shots.
