LEGENDARY FOREST TRAIL [Sagenhafter Waldpfad]
Characteristic of the 17-kilometer-long and panoramic hiking trail near Bruchmühlbach-Miesau are the various stations with information on legends, stories and all kinds of interesting facts from the region.
“The “Legendary Forest Trail” begins in Bruchmühlbach-Miesau and leads along natural meadow valleys, forests and wild gorges. A special attraction is the natural monument Elendsklamm – a three kilometer long gorge with special flora and fauna. In addition, you can learn a lot about old legends, stories and interesting facts about the region at 12 stops along the way. The tour is also interesting for children.
