EUROPEAN MILL CYCLE ROUTE
The cycle route, which is over 52 kilometers long, leads past many mills in the West Palatinate and neighboring France.
The European Mill Cycle Route is a route that crosses national borders. Starting in Zweibrücken, the circular route leads along the Hornbach river to the French border. Along the Schwalb river, several mills in France are then reached before the path leads back across the border to Germany and here back to Zweibrücken.
The route is mostly passable via public roads and is partly located in local protected areas.
