ALSENZTAL CYCLE ROUTE
For about 50 kilometers, the bike path leads along the Alsenz River from Enkenbach-Alsenborn to Bad Münster am Stein.
The cycling route begins in Enkenbach-Alsenborn near the ruins of Alsenborn Castle at the source of the Alsenz River. Passing the upper and lower Eselsmühle, you reach Münchweiler. Always following the course of the river, you reach Alsenz via Winnweiler and Rockenhausen, before leaving the beautiful West Palatinate and reaching the destination in Bad Münster am Stein.
On the way, numerous interesting stops invite you to take a detour and visit, such as the historic Gienanth complex in Winnweiler or the old town of Rockenhausen.
