SICKINGEN MILL CYCLE ROUTE

This tour starts in Neuwoogstraße in Ramstein-Miesenbach, where there is also a direct connection to the Barbarossa Cycle Route. From the starting point, you first cycle on flat paths through the Westricher Moorniederung to Kindsbach. Now you have to get over the first steep climb of almost 140 metres of difference in altitude over about three kilometres before the second, but smaller, climb to Bann shortly afterwards. Once you reach the top, the paths remain flat for several kilometres. The last third of the trail now leads downhill again to Thaleischweiler-Fröschen.
